Your solar should earn what it was sold to earn.
The Solar Service Program monitors, maintains and restores commercial solar systems, whether we built them or not, so production and the NOI it supports stay on plan.

Orphaned systems
The installer closed, sold or stopped answering. We take over monitoring, service and warranty claims.
Lost production is lost property value.
Solar faults rarely announce themselves. The panels look fine from the parking lot while the meter quietly gives back savings. Every dollar of production you lose comes off NOI, and off the building's value at your cap rate.
What we find most often
- Inverters faulted or offline
- Monitoring disconnected
- Arrays left off after roof work
- Tripped breakers and blown fuses
- Soiling and new shading
- Damaged wiring and connectors
- Warranty claims never filed
- Rate plans that no longer fit
It starts with a Soundcheck.
The Scorecard: what your system should produce. We model your array, site, weather and rates the same way we score a new building.
The Soundcheck: what it actually produces, and why. Measured against that baseline, with the gap priced in dollars and NOI, and every cause found on site.
We measure what the system should make against what it makes.
A Scorecard baseline against actual output, plus a site visit: safety, equipment condition, warranty status.
Two levels of coverage.
Pricing is set per site after your Soundcheck, with portfolio pricing for owners enrolling multiple sites.
Monitor
Know the moment something's wrong.
- 24/7 remote monitoring and alerts
- Weather-adjusted performance tracking
- Monthly performance summary
- Remote troubleshooting

Maintain
Monitoring plus the work that prevents failures.
- Everything in Monitor
- Annual on-site inspection
- Thermal imaging and electrical testing
- Cleaning and vegetation control as needed
- Priority dispatch
- Warranty claim administration
- Quarterly owner report
- Battery storage coverage available
Roof work coming up? Both tiers include coordinated removal and reinstall pricing so the array goes back on, and back online.
What owners ask first.
Do you service systems you didn't build?
Yes. Most enrolled systems were installed by someone else. We're independent and work across equipment brands.
My installer is out of business. Is my warranty gone?
Usually not. Panel and inverter warranties come from the manufacturer, not the installer. The Soundcheck documents what coverage you still have.
The system is under a PPA or lease. Can I still enroll?
Service is normally the system owner's obligation under those contracts. We'll review the agreement and either enroll the system or help you hold the owner to its terms.
Who does the work on site?
Licensed technicians from our vetted installer network, with a licensed engineering partner for anything that needs design or stamped plans.
Find out what your system is leaving on the roof.
We build a Scorecard for the system you already own, then show you the gap between what it should produce and what it does. One site or the whole portfolio.
Service terms, guarantees and pricing are set in each site's service agreement. Nothing on this page is a quote or a guarantee.
