We hold relationships with strong regional EPCs rather than one national contractor, so every project is built by a crew that knows the local building department and the local utility. We manage them. You do not.
Why regional, not national
A commercial solar and storage project is permitted by a county, inspected by a city, and interconnected by a specific utility with its own engineers and its own paperwork. A crew that has done a dozen projects in that jurisdiction knows which inspector wants what, which utility reviewer is slow, and where the local fire marshal stands on battery siting. A national contractor flying in a crew learns all of that on your project.
We keep a bench of regional EPCs — engineering, procurement and construction firms — that we have vetted for licensing, insurance, safety record, storage experience and financial health. For each project we invite the two or three that fit the building and the state, and they bid on the same specification.

Testing, monitoring go-live, and enrollment in the grid programs you qualified for.
What we ask of the installer
- Licensed and insured in the state, with storage-specific experience
- Documented safety program and incident record
- Financial references — they will be holding your deposit
- Manufacturer certification on the equipment we specified
- Fixed price against our scope; changes go through us
What we ask of you
- Roof and electrical-room access for the survey
- A single point of contact at the facility
- Sign-off at the milestones we set — you are never asked to approve work you cannot see
