FLEET
The fleet module brings together information from multiple asset types (Wind, Solar, Hydro, Storage) into a single customizable dashboard. With the fleet module, owners and operators receive quick insights into all of their assets and can focus on the most important tasks. With the ability to choose from a library of over 300 widgets, the fully customizable dashboard helps every user maximize productivity.
MONITOR
The monitor module provides an overview of performance KPIs at the fleet, project, and asset levels. KPIs include production, revenue, availability (energy based and time based), fault Paretos, site conditions, and maintenance costs. The availability calcucations displayed in the Monitor Module are powered by Ensemble created machine learning models that have been shown to be much more accurate than other availability calculation methods.
PREDICT
The predict module provides details on the health of turbine components and behaviors for mechanical (bearings, hydraulic cylinders, gearboxes, pumps, etc.) and electrical (generators, transformers, power convertors, etc.) components. Behaviors monitored include power curve, equipment cooling, and other similar behaviors. Ensemble’s proprietary models combine the latest in data analytics with physics based methods to increase model accuracy and prediction horizons.
REPORT
The report module provides customizable reports in PDF, Word, Excel and HTML formats with the ability to schedule reports to be generated automatically on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis and be sent to users automatically. Reports can contain detailed information on asset performance, availability, revenue, trends, and component health.
ANALYZE
The analyze module provides powerful self-serve analytics capabilities and allows users to gain insights into the behavior and health of their assets. Any SCADA tag can be plotted against any other tag, and multiple turbines can be compared to quickly identify abnormal behaviors.
